Why I Do What I Do

Working as a death care professional for over 20 years across Canada has helped me discover my passion for listening to the stories of people’s lives. I loved learning about their history, their families, their accomplishments, and the legacy they were leaving behind. helping families was my life calling and what I was destined to do.

Since then, I have developed a career out of celebrating individual’s unique lives by listening to their stories and sharing them. I believe in the importance of celebrating milestones in people’s lives, whether it is welcoming a new baby into the world, reuniting two people together in a personal and meaningful renewal of wedding vows ceremonial, or celebrating a life well lived. I am a trained Life Certified, Funeral Celebrant and a Grief Recovery Specialist.

I recognize that it is a privilege to be part of so many monumental special occasions. I get to be there to help a family celebrate the good times and to offer comfort as they say good-bye to a loved one. Most importantly, I get to weave your story together into a meaningful celebration that will touch your heart and the hearts of the people that mean the most to you.
